| 1 | Admission into the + 3 1 st year Arts and Science are made as per guidelines laid by the Department of Higher Education,Government of Odisha,e admission through SAMS.Application forms are available in the website of the Deptt. Of Higher Education ( dheorissa.in ). |
| 2 | The college reopens after summer vacations and the academic session begins in the 3 rd week of June. |
| 3 | Each student has to come to the college with the specified uniform. |
| 4 | Each student is required to attend her classes regularly.Continious absence without permission is a serious breach of college conduct. |
| 5 | As per Govt. rule, students securing below 75 % of attendance shall not be given promotion and shall not be eligible to fill up forms for University Examinations. |
| 6 | All students should be in possession of their college Identity cards at all times in the college. |
| 7 | Each student should see the college Notice board regularly to get necessary informations regarding all office orders ,decisions and instructionsgiven from time to time. |
| 8 | Students should put their grievances in writing in the grievance box provided for them. |
| 9 | They should not dirty the college building and the campus. |
| 10 | They should not stick any bills nor should they write on the walls. |
| 11 | They must not displace or damage the furniture of the college. |
